MOSCOW, Jan 12 (PRIME) -- Metal product sales of Russian metals and mining group Mechel’s sales arm Mechel Service grew by 15% to 1.75 million tonnes in 2021 thanks to lower mortgage rates under state programs, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
Flanged beam sales rose by 38%, rolled sections by 35%, ropes by 202%, metal products by 142%, lines by 15%.
